Hi, I'm Amy — Founder and Director of Hybrid Community Support. I started this business because I genuinely believe that every person deserves support that is kind, consistent and built around them as an individual.
My background spans the NDIS, aged care and community services, giving me a well-rounded understanding of what quality support looks like across different stages of life. That experience has shaped the way Hybrid operates — with a focus on real relationships, genuine care and outcomes that matter to the people we support.
I'm passionate about helping participants feel confident, connected and empowered in their everyday lives. Whether it's support at home, getting out in the community, attending appointments or simply having someone reliable by your side — I'm here to help you live life your way.
